A NIGHT WHERE ART MEETS APPETITE

Patrick Thomas, a veteran tattoo artist and owner of SKULL n CO, opens his creative space for a unique dining collaboration with 4x James Beard–nominated Chef David Wells. Together, they transform the tattoo shop into a 16-seat communal dining experience, blending tattoo artistry, music, and a 10+ course tasting menu that reflects their shared creativity. Many of the dishes feature foraged ingredients and local Montana produce, inspired by the land and season.
